Eco friendly repairs after freeze damage

An often-neglected thing that people can do to improve the eco-friendliness of their pools is to have new motors or pumps installed. I think that is one of the least talked about things for a lot of pool owners. Some people have pool pumps that are 10 or15 years old. And obviously, these types of devices are about as far from energy efficient as you can get.

They have many two-speed pumps on the market now — also known as variable speed pumps — that take less energy to run than the older models. And obviously, any device that takes less energy to run will be better for the environment as well as your electrical bills.
