According to the latest study, women will have to jog five hours to burn off the food they eat on Christmas, while men have to run four-and-a-half hours. Running against current in the swim spa is easier on the joints. In the exercise pool, women will have to swim for over seven hours, while men will have to swim for over six hours.
The kicker is that women aren’t even eating as much as men.
According to a survey, women will consume more than 3,500 calories on December 25th, compared to the 3,600 calories men will take in.
